Retreat at Red Mountain Resort in Utah

Our first annual retreat took place at Red Mountain Resort in Utah from May 9th - May 13th, 2022.

For one week, the focus was on connecting - with ourselves, with others and with this beautiful world we live in. While hiking, yoga and fireside chats were on the agenda; through it all was the chance to rest and reflect through discussion, introspection and a lot of laughter!
